David Driskell Portfolio
David Driskell's Portfolio "Doorway" 2009 consists of twelve original serigraphs created exclusively for this project. Each image was hand pulled at The Experimental Printmaking Institute under the direction of Master Printer, Curlee Raven Holton. The size of each image is approximately 6 x 9 inches on Rives BFK paper measuring 12 x 15 inches. The numbers of colors for each image average 20. This is a limited edition of 75 portfolios. All prints are signed individually by the artist. The portfolio includes poetry by Michael Alpert, Director of the University of Maine Press and is printed in hand set letterpress. Each portfolio includes an introductory essay by the publisher, Howard Greenberg of Cardinal Point Press.
